Bridal Shower at work

My co-workers gave me a bridal shower today.
Complete w/ a yummy cake from the very popular PHOENIX BAKERY.

They got us the Oster "Beehive" blender we registered for.
Love it!

Best Facial Ever!

Went to www.beysgarden.com today for a facial before the Wedding. Loved it!

Had the "Eminence" facial "The Works" w/ fruit pulp & paprika treatment. It was really interesting. Your face gets all spicy feeling & warm.
The eye treatment did wonders for under my eyes.
Everything there is all natural, no harsh products.
They even sell a line of all natural face products, including a water based nail polish. I'll have to try that next time.

Went to the Flower Farm Inn today to see the set up for another evening event. Only 70 people though. Ours will be 120.

I am SOO ready for the party.

My Bridal Shower

My girls SH & TJ really went all out for my shower. I'll have to post more pix later of the full get up, red feather boa, fuzzy red handcuffs & all. They're crazy!

We had a great time & ate till we about burst. The chocolate cake was the best! The Wedding is only a couple weeks away now. I'm ready!

Wed shopping in Fasion district

I tell you, you can find ANYTHING in the fashion/garment district. Yesterday, CT & I went to the Men's Wearhouse to get him fitted for his tux rental. A boy's tux rental was $49. I remembered seeing boy's tuxews for sale in the F-district for about the same. So I decided to purchase so they could possibly wear to my brother T's Wedding in June.

Got a great deal on the flower girl dress, and ring bearer tux. Near 9th/LA.

Also found cute shoes to go w/ my dress. Near 9th/Maple.

F&S Fabrics

Had the morning off, so decided to check out F&S fabrics, which was featured on Project Runway-Season 1. Very nice selection. It's on Pico near Overton. The clearance F&S across street was great. Got some beatiful wool fabric for $9.99/yd. Wider than usual, so a REAL bargain.

A very easy pattern. Will make a little longer next time & tweak the sleeves a bit. Loved it.

Christmas Lights

Sunday went to see Christmas lights w/ CT & listened to Christmas music. Can't believe Christmas is already here.
Between planning the Wedding & the holidays, we've both been VERY busy.

I still need to finish the baby quilt for T's new little Mav.
