We arrived in town early afternoon. Raining "cats & dogs". We had a FABULOUS dinner at the Cheesecake Bistro a couple doors down from our hotel. Had their signature dish, BBQ shrimp w/ lemon butter linguine in a cheese pizza bowl. Yes, you heard correctly, the linguine is essentially on top of a thin crust 3 cheese pizza. And yes, it was as rich as it sounds. And yummy! We topped the dinner off w/ a bananas foster cheesecake!
