The pattern was pretty straight forward, EXCEPT the pocket, yokes & zipper. It took me hours trying to figure it out. I'm no expert, but the directions for this pattern were difficult.

I had a heck of a time w/ this. I ended up going to someone else's blog for the pocket tutorial & just struggled through the rest.

I didn't like the front pleat. Not slenderizing AT ALL. So, I sewed the pleat so it lay flat. I think from here on, flat front pants are the best bet. The magazine boasts this is a classic cut like Katherine Hepburn, I say this is only for the super thin & tall body types.

Hawaii Honeymoon

CT & I are leaving Saturday AM for our Honeymoon in Kauai.

Rehearsal Dinner at new In-Laws

Family came from Detroit, Florida, Michigan, etc. from CT's side.

Honeymoon in Kauai

CT & I spent the day planning our Honeymoon. A bit late I know, but now most of the Wedding plans are complete & we can concentrate on other things.
Plus, we aren't leaving until much later after the Wedding. March 2-8.
Can't wait!

Dance Dr. in Santa Monica

CT & I took dance lessons from Jackie at the Dancce Doctor Dance (www.dancedoctor.com/)Studio near our house. She is REALLY good. we might even look like we can dance for the 1st Wedding dance.
Only 1 week away!

Great Hair color job at Floyd's

Got my hair colored & highlighted at www.floydsbarbershop.com for the Wedding. Grant S. is a really good colorist.
Little over a week now, & I'm just about ready for the Wedding.
Will be leaving for Sacramento on Monday.
